Lovely Party, Pity I Wasn't Invited

Even though the album title is ridiculous ("Make Believe?" Why don't you make believe that you can come up with a better album title than that!) the first single is infectiously great. Reviews have ranged from ho-hum to HOLLA!, but there's no doubt everyone will agree that the video for "Beverly Hills" is the funniest thing since, well since Rivers Cuomo donned a letterman's jacket and sang at Arnolds. Here for your viewing (dis)pleasure:

Dodge over at My Old Kentucky Blog loves Pete Yorn almost as much as I do.

Pete Yorn - Life On A Chain
Pete Yorn - Strange Condition
Pete Yorn - For Nancy

Arpeggi, a new song played by Thom Yorke, Johnny Greenwood and the Nazareth Orchestra at the Ether Festival, is available for download, along with versions of Smear and Where The Bluebirds Fly, HERE. (via stereogum & Golden Fiddle )

And now for something completely different: Felix Da Housecat to collaborate with Radiohead?

Lastly, if you've heard one Oasis tune you've, well you've heard `em all. First single off their upcoming whopper of an album.

Oasis - Lyla
